Who are we?

Leader in Collective Employee Engagement

Created in 2014 and belonging to the “HR Tech” solutions, the United Heroes app helps companies engage all their employee profiles, whatever their job or geographical location.

Since its creation, United Heroes has worked with over 1,000 organizations (Paris 2024, PwC, LVMH, Orange, Toyota, L'OCCITANE...), raising over 5 million euros in donations for charities. In all, over 3 million users in 150 countries have used United Heroes solutions.

United Heroes currently employs 65 people in Paris and Madrid, and is looking to expand into other European markets.

United Heroes is made up of a team of over 40 passionate specialists.

The United Heroes leadership team, led by CEO Paul-Emile Saab, is a close-knit, loyal and experienced unit that enthusiastically guides the teams.

The Board of Directors supports the management team in the growth and internationalization of United Heroes.

Management and employees together form the majority shareholders of United Heroes.

Gender equality index

United Heroes' gender equality index, as at March 1, 2026, is 98 points out of 100 (based on a scope of 46 people in 2025). This index testifies to our commitment to professional equality between women and men. Of course, we still have some way to go, but we are determined to continue our efforts to develop and strengthen the role of women in the company.
