Welcome in the H-G4MES

Since 2021, the French Handisport Federation (FFH) and United Heroes have partnered to organize the largest inter-company competition in favor of inclusion: the H-GAMES.

🎯 The goal: change the perception of disability among as many people as possible.

For this fourth edition, the ambition is clear:

✔️ Use this event as a legacy of the Paralympic Games
✔️ Leverage the Week of Employability for People with Disabilities for double the impact.

Special 2024 edition

A special Olympic and Paralympic edition for the "Grand National Cause 2024".

Only 100 companies will have the privilege to participate in the H-G4MES 2024.

30 VIP passes for early birds

The first 30 registrants win VIP passes to attend the Wheelchair Fencing European Championships and the Para-Athletics World Championships.

H-G4MES: How does it work?

In November 2024, your teams will participate in a major connected challenge against all registered companies.

🎰 The objective is simple: engage in as many physical activities and wellness practices as possible during the given period (from November 11th to 29th) to contribute to a shared point counter for the company.

At the end of the operation, the points will be converted into donations for the French Handisport Federation. Who will secure their place on the podium?

As every year, the award ceremony will take place at a prestigious in-person event, held at a prominent location in French sports – we cannot disclose further details at the moment 🙃

1 | The inter-company challenge

Gardening, running, swimming, dancing, cycling, paddling, walking...

More than 60 activities, ranging from gentle to more demanding, can be synchronized with United Heroes to allow all your employees to contribute.

To maximize your points (and foster unity 💜), take advantage of this company highlight to organize group sessions of physical activity, walks...

The point counter will stop on December 1st, 2024, at 23:59, and the points will be converted into donations (discover how donations will be used in our FAQ).

2 | Inspirational interventions on the app

Inspiring athletes will boost your teams.

The French Handisport Federation has one of the largest networks of para-athletes, some of whom are Olympic medalists.

They will speak directly to your employees through the application to motivate the teams.

🏅 Do you have a team of athletes? The H-G4MES are the perfect opportunity to showcase them and have them participate!

3 | Sensitization content

Videos, articles, conferences: breaking stereotypes.

Throughout the H-GAMES, content aimed at breaking stereotypes about disabilities will be broadcasted on United Heroes.

Life stories, inspiring journeys, advice, anecdotes... These will take the form of articles or videos to engage the widest audience.

A major awareness conference will also be offered to your teams with select guests.

4 | A unique physical event

Let's celebrate the end of the H-GAMES with a unique event.

After the Molitor swimming pool or the Westin Vendôme, an exceptional and emblematic venue of French sports will welcome you for the traditional closing ceremony.

And with a unique year comes a unique concept: between Olympics, meetings with medal-winning athletes, and unprecedented roundtable discussions, this event aims to be memorable.

This event will take place in the stadium Charlety 🔥

FAQ

The H-GAMES challenge will take place from November 11th to November 29th, 2024.

The objective of the donation pledge is to finance:

Contribution to sports equipment funding (10-20K€)

Contribution to funding a final training camp for the French team (20-30K€)

Contribution to funding a holiday camp for young people with disabilities (15K€).

60% tax deduction.

The first three editions of the H-GAMES brought together over 100 companies, 25,000 employees, and raised over €200,000 in donations to support various initiatives of the FFH.

Beyond the event, 93% of participants expressed interest in participating in another inter-company operation following this one.

The solidarity challenge dedicated to the FFH takes into account the 60 activities available in the United Heroes application. Activities that earn points include physical activities (running, cycling, swimming, cross-training, etc.) or well-being activities (eco-action, meditation, stretching, etc.).

Handisport activities such as wheelchair racing and hand cycling are also available and earn points.

A real-time inter-company ranking is available within the collective challenge page.

A .PDF ranking will be sent during and at the end of the event.

For the inter-company competition, all activities available in the application are accepted.

The goal is to collectively achieve as many points as possible. There is no fixed target other than pushing ourselves week by week in support of the FFH.

You will find here the list of trackers (third-party applications and GPS watches) with which the H-GAMES are compatible.

Your employees don't have tracking equipment? No problem: activities can be entered manually into United Heroes.
