From November 9 to 29, bring your teams together around disability beyond appearances with a 100% accessible inter-company challenge, in support of the Fédération Française Handisport.

+170 companies mobilized

Who is it for?

Built for companies that turn intent into action

For organizations committed to inclusion and to their employer brand.

CHRO / VP People

A turnkey employer brand event, with no extra workload for your HR team.

Head of Diversity & Inclusion

Address the blind spot of invisible disability and measure the impact before and after.

CSR / Engagement Director

A measurable commitment, worth sharing with your executive committee and beyond.

Disability is rarely what you picture

The wheelchair and the white cane represent only a small minority of situations. The vast majority of disabilities cannot be seen, and appear over the course of a lifetime.

  3. Awareness content

Quizzes, articles and testimonials co-created with the Fédération Française Handisport.

  4. A closing ceremony

Open to participants from every company (limited seats).

CHRO, Rexel France

From the very first edition, we mobilized more than 600 employees and finished on the podium. But what stands out most are the individual stories: “it changed the way I live, I started playing sport again”. The H-Games carry our values of cohesion, wellbeing and inclusion.
