The deployed initiative is built on 4 key pillars:

  1.  A 2-week international onboarding with targeted communications and coordinated follow-ups in 60+ countries for a rapid, massive launch.

  2. A dedicated solidarity module, allowing employees to declare mentoring, volunteering, or local initiatives aligned with the Societe Generale Foundation's values.

  3. A network of regional coordinators, responsible for field engagement and organizing local events to maximize participation.

  4. A real-time tracking platform with live dashboards, global rankings, and celebration of top contributors across all geographies.
