THE OBSERVATION

Disability in the workplace Disability is rarely what you picture ⚡️

80%

of disabilities are invisible. Wheelchairs or canes represent only a small minority of situations.

85%

of disabilities appear during a person's lifetime. Disability is a dimension of every team's diversity, not a separate category.

4,3%

is the direct employment rate of people with disabilities, far from the 6% legal target: many do not disclose, for lack of a climate of trust.
👉 The invisible stays invisible unless we choose to look. Acting on invisible disability means embedding inclusion into everyday life, not into a single day a year.
THE SOLUTION

An engaging turnkey operation

taking place during the 2026 European Disability Employment Week for maximum impact 💥

Frame 2608655

During the European Week for the Employment of People with Disabilities in November 2026, your teams take part in a major connected challenge against all registered companies.

The principle is simple 🎰: take part in as many activities and challenges as possible on United Heroes (quizzes, photo challenges, individual or collective activities...). Every action is rewarded with points. These points feed the company's collective counter.

At the end of the operation, the points accumulated by the company are converted into a donation to the French Handisport Federation.

Make your employees active players of the operation thanks to a points system.

Gentle awareness-raising levers, in a playful format.

Para-athletes with inspiring journeys will boost your teams through exclusive content, helping to break stereotypes.

Invite your teams to an iconic French sports venue to share a unique closing event with renowned para-athletes.

The on-site closing event (Olympiad in Paris) is reserved for France-based clients. Contact us for more information.

Contactez-nous
The Paris 2024 Paralympic Games were a unique opportunity to share the most beautiful emotions of para athletics together. In this perspective, the H-GAMES are an important milestone and a true legacy for the development of the discipline, in particular through the deployment of equipment in regions and local handisport clubs.

Very proud of the mobilisation and involvement of the Castorama France teams during the #HGAMES. An event that allows us to challenge ourselves through sports, while raising awareness about disability and giving a boost and great visibility to the French Handisport Federation!

Rachel DACHELET

Social Development Manager @Cristal Union

A true pride to have contributed to raising over 100,000 euros in donations in support of the FFH! That's double the amount of the previous year! I would never have believed that thanks to the H-GAMES, I would beat my personal speed record over 5 km (20'09'').

FAQ

The H-GAMES 2026 challenge will take place from November 9th to 29th (1 warm-up week + 2 weeks of competition), during the European Week for the Employment of People with Disabilities organised by LADAPT.

The donation pledge is used to finance:

  • Contribution to sports equipment funding (10-20K€)
  • Contribution to the funding of a final training camp for the French team (20-30K€)
  • Contribution to the funding of a summer camp for young people with disabilities (15K€).

60% tax deduction in France.

Potentially, yes.

In France, when filing your DOETH declaration with URSSAF, you can declare an expense with the French Handisport Federation under "deductible expenses related to support and awareness services".

To do so, your invoice must mention "training for the retention and recruitment of people with disabilities". This is the case for certain United Heroes invoices.

As stated in the official AGEFIPH sheet on expenses for the employment of people with disabilities, the pre-tax amount of deductible expenses is capped at 10% of the gross annual contribution.

The H-GAMES editions have brought together over 170 companies and 25,000 employees, and raised more than 401,750€ in donations to support the various actions of the FFH.

Following the event, 93% of participants expressed the wish to take part in a new inter-company operation.

The H-GAMES 2026 launch webinar will be hosted by Christophe Carayon, National Technical Director at the French Handisport Federation and a former elite athlete, on the theme "Disability beyond appearances".

The solidarity challenge dedicated to the FFH takes into account the 60 activities available in the United Heroes application. Activities that earn points include physical activities (running, cycling, swimming, cross training, etc.) or well-being practices (eco-actions, meditation, stretching, etc.). For this 2026 edition, other activities will also earn points (quiz completion, photo/message sharing...)

Of course: handisport activities such as wheelchair racing and handcycling are also available and earn points.

A real-time inter-company ranking is available within the collective challenge page, on the United Heroes mobile application.

A .PDF ranking will be sent during and at the end of the event.

During the H-GAMES, your goal is to accumulate as many points as possible in order to

  • unlock your donation to the FFH
  • optimise your inter-company ranking, or even reach the podium!

There is no fixed target other than pushing yourselves week after week, until the last day of the H-GAMES!

You will find here the list of trackers (third-party applications and GPS watches) compatible with the H-GAMES.

Your employees don't have tracking equipment? No problem: activities can be entered manually in United Heroes.
