Unilabs turns geographic fragmentation into a lever for collective engagement with United Heroes.

With over 160 laboratories spread across France and an organization divided into 20 distinct legal entities, Unilabs faces a major challenge: how to create a sense of unity and shared culture when teams never cross paths?

In a demanding medical sector, where employees are constantly mobilized in patient care, it is difficult to find time to connect, share, or simply feel part of a larger whole.

SOLUTION

For 4 years, Unilabs has used United Heroes as an engagement platform accessible to all employees, wherever they are.

The deployed program is built on several pillars:

 

  1.  Simultaneous national challenges, activated during key moments like Octobre Rose, QWL Week, or Earth Day

  2. Integration of all forms of activity, beyond sports: walking between patients, gardening, etc.

  3. Educational and immersive content, particularly around mental health (quizzes, webinars, testimonials)

  4. A digital social space to exchange, motivate each other, and strengthen inter-site cohesion
