Five editions, one goal: moving the needle for adapted sport
Since 2021, H-GAMES has brought French companies together around a simple idea: turning employees' everyday sport and wellbeing activities into donations for the French Federation for Disabled Sport (Fédération Française Handisport). Five editions later, the counter reads 401,750 euros raised and more than 170 participating companies. The sixth edition opens registrations for November 2026.
The principle hasn't changed since the first edition. Every walk, every bike ride, every swim logged on the United Heroes app earns points for the team. Those points turn into donations for the Fédération Française Handisport (FFH), official partner of every edition since 2021. More than 60 years of action, recognized as a public interest organization: the FFH has been the sole beneficiary from day one.
The closing event is held in person and is open to companies based in France. To understand the full format, the H-GAMES overview page covers how it works.
The results, edition by edition
| Edition | Venue | Companies | Funds raised |
|---|---|---|---|
| 2021 | Stade Charléty | 41 | 54,000 € |
| 2022 | Piscine Molitor | 35 | 100,000 € |
| 2023 | Hôtel Westin Vendôme | 23 | 74,000 € |

- 2021: the first edition, kicked off with motivational videos from Ronan Pallier, Laurent Chardard, and Marie Patouillet.
- 2022: employees raced against the personal records of Marie Patouillet and Arnaud Assoumani in timed "battles", on top of the collective challenge.
- 2023: hosted at the Hôtel Westin Vendôme, with Alexandra Nouchet, Dimitri Jozwicki, Paul Singer, and Trésor Makunda as ambassadors.
- 2024: a record 111,000 € raised, and the first in-person closing event, at Stade Charléty, with Charles Renard and Clémence Delavoipière.
- 2025: hosted at INSEP, 150 employees gathered for the closing "olympiad", 15 companies represented, alongside Martin Baron and other Paralympic athletes.
Since it started, the event has brought together more than 170 companies and raised a total of 401,750 euros for the Fédération Française Handisport.
How the challenge works
The format has evolved from one edition to the next, but the core structure is recognizable: a collective challenge open to any everyday activity (walking, cycling, swimming, gardening), timed "battle" challenges where employees try to beat a Paralympic athlete's record, and a virtual 5 km run. The most recent editions added an in-person closing: meetings with Paralympic athletes, hands-on discovery workshops (boccia, blind football, wheelchair racing), and an awards ceremony.
The PUMA case: when a CSR commitment becomes tangible
The 2022 edition has an example that explains why companies keep coming back. PUMA France mobilized all 280 of its employees across the country, not just at headquarters. The internal target: pass 70,000 points to unlock funding for a training camp for the French national blind football team, for which PUMA is the official technical equipment supplier. The result: more than 200,000 points, well past the target, plus a blind-football discovery workshop held at headquarters, which won the edition's solidarity award.
Christophe Roth, sales lead for Puma Performance, summed up why the format worked: "What we really liked about this initiative is that every everyday activity is valued on the United Heroes app. With H-GAMES, we could reach everyone and encourage every wellbeing and sport activity, from walking to gardening."

A long-standing partner: the Fédération Française Handisport
H-GAMES exists because the Fédération Française Handisport has co-organized it since the very first edition. More than 60 years of action, recognized as a public interest organization: it receives every donation and channels it into its programs for developing sport for people with disabilities.
Raising awareness on this topic in the workplace remains genuinely needed: 80% of disabilities are invisible, and 85% appear at some point during a person's life (source: Agefiph).
Save the date: November 9 to December 3, 2026, for the 6th edition
The sixth edition of H-GAMES carries a clear angle: disability beyond appearances. The challenge runs in two phases between November 9 and 29, 2026: a warm-up week from November 9 to 15, then the competition itself starting November 16. A webinar is planned for Thursday, November 19 at 11:30 am, with Christophe Carayon, Technical Director of the FFH. The closing event will take place on December 3 at the Prisme de Bobigny, in France.
