How to unite 3,000+ people spread across 300 agencies?

Caisse d'Epargne Hauts de France is a community bank committed to local development and regional growth.

With over 3,000 employees spread across no fewer than 300 agencies throughout the region.

The question became:

  • How to build a sense of cohesion among all these people?
  • How to transmit the values of Caisse d'Epargne Hauts de France?

To address these challenges, Caisse d'Epargne Hauts de France decided to provide its teams with the United Heroes app.

Year-round: United Heroes keeps employees engaged through regular well-being and solidarity challenges, maintaining a continuous link between all agencies.

Cohesion

Building connections between teams spread across Northern France.

The app is very important to us, given our quite dispersed organization with 300 agencies. Without this tool in your pocket that truly allows us to connect, it would be very difficult to create this link between all our employees.

Even when you're alone, at the end of a run or walk, you immediately have the reflex to check the app, see how the team is doing. It creates a real bond.

Why the Octobre Rose solidarity challenge?

The Octobre Rose solidarity challenge brings employees together around a shared goal: staying as active as possible throughout the month to grow a collective points counter for the entire company.

At the end of the period, the points are converted into donations for the RoseUp association, which supports women affected (or previously affected) by breast cancer for better reconstruction.

Running, swimming, walking, cycling, yoga, or even gardening... It doesn't matter how: every physical or well-being activity earns valuable points in the United Heroes app, contributing to the collective effort.

Together, all employees of Caisse d'Epargne Hauts de France rallied to surpass their collective goal and make a meaningful impact.
