Caisse d'Epargne Loire-Centre launched a connected well-being and sports challenge during Octobre Rose. Employees earned points through their physical activities (running, swimming, walking, cycling, yoga...), feeding a collective counter.
Goal: reach 400,000 points to unlock a EUR 3,500 donation to the League Against Cancer. A launch event drove adoption, and an ambassador program ensured internal communication. 40% of the goal was achieved in the first week.
Thanks to its exceptional engagement, Caisse d'Epargne Loire-Centre was awarded the Cancer@Work label.
